Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA
I finally got to try Dogfish Head’s 120 Minute IPA. It was good, But was disappointed by all the hype.
It poured a tawny red with a slight head that disapated in seconds,
Strong malt overwhelmed dries fruits, burnt sugar, citrus, slight grass and alcohol aromas.
Kaboom! What a huge flavor for a lil 12oz beer: sweet malts, grapefruit, burnt sugar, grass and alcohol. Each sip revealed...
